By posting content on Chitchat, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App. You retain ownership of your content.

You agree not to engage in any conduct that may violate these Terms, applicable laws, or the rights of others. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, harassment, unauthorized access, and distribution of malicious content.
8. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App and these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes to these terms signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Termination
Chitchat reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or any other policies we may establish.
10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Chitchat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the EU laws.
